Twenty years ago, founders Larry Woods and Kim West set out to establish an organization that would provide the highest standard in end-of-life care in their Denver Front Range community. Having experienced the value of hospice care in their own lives, they set out to build a team whose members were both highly skilled and compassionate caregivers. Agape Healthcare is proud to be a private, Colorado-owned organization, striving each day to serve local patients, families, community partners, and one another in a spirit of unconditional love.
