Nearly 20 years ago, founders Larry Woods and Kim West set out to establish an organization that would provide the highest standard in end-of-life care in their Denver Front Range Community.
Having experienced the value of hospice care in their own lives, they set out to build a team whose members were both highly skilled and passionate about this work. Over the years, Agape has built a reputation as an above-and-beyond provider. Agape is proud to be a private, Colorado-owned organization, striving each day to serve local patients, families, community partners and one another in a spirit of unconditional love.

YOU CAN COUNT ON AGAPE HEALTHCARE. AS PART OF OUR CARE AND SUPPORT SERVICES, WE WILL ALWAYS:
Provide superior hospice care to guarantee that our patients experience the greatest level of comfort possible.
Help patients and families review all choices for comfort and define their own goals for care.
Admit patients as quickly as possible based on physician’s orders and patient and family permission – usually within two hours.
Provide ongoing support and education for patients and families, caregivers and other healthcare professionals.
